Good to know

What do they get?

A custom counted cross-stitch pattern made from their photo: a printable PDF in US Letter and A4, a chart for stitching apps, a full-size chart image and a DMC thread shopping list. They can make free changes for 30 days after creating it.

Does it expire?

No. Gift codes and pattern credits never expire.

Is it a kit?

No — it's a digital pattern. They'll need fabric, floss and a needle; the pattern includes a shopping list with exactly which DMC threads to buy and how many skeins.

Changed your mind?

Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Just reply to your receipt email.
