Payment questions
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. They take card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments, show prices in your local currency and add the right sales tax or VAT. Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle.
Are there any subscriptions or extra fees?
No. Each purchase is a one-time payment. Previews, changes during the 30-day window and re-downloads are free.
How do pattern credits work?
When you buy the 3-pack, you use one credit straight away and the other two stay in your account. Use them whenever you like — they never expire. Gift codes add credits the same way.
What's your refund policy?
Love it or your money back within 14 days. Request it from My patterns; most refunds are approved straight away. Before you do, try a free change — most issues are fixed in a minute.
Why do I have to tick a box at checkout?
Under EU and UK consumer law, digital files you download straight away aren't covered by the usual 14-day right of withdrawal, and we have to ask you to confirm that. Our own 14-day money-back guarantee still applies.
