If you don't love your pattern, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying from My patterns. You can also regenerate it for free for 30 days first.

Before asking for a refund, try a free regeneration — most issues (too big, too many colors, wrong style, a typo in the name) are fixed in a minute. See Changing your pattern.
How to request a refund
- Go to My patterns and choose Request a refund next to the order.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong — it helps us improve.
- Your first refund within 14 days is approved automatically. Paddle, our payment provider, processes it and it reaches your account within 5–10 business days.
- If a gift code has already been redeemed, or you've used the extra credits from a 3-pack, a person reviews the request instead and replies within two business days.
After a refund, the pattern files from that order are no longer available.
