Your photos and your data
Photos are private, stripped of location data and deleted after 30 days. You can download or delete all your data any time from My patterns.
- Private by default. Your photos are stored privately, never shown publicly and never used for marketing or to train AI.
- Location data removed. We strip GPS and other hidden photo data before anything is stored.
- Deleted after 30 days. Uploaded photos and AI images are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your finished pattern files stay in your account so you can re-download them.
- Free previews stay on your device. The Original style preview is made in your browser; we only upload your photo when you use an AI style or buy.
Download or delete your data
Go to My patterns → Your data. "Download my data" gives you everything we hold about you. "Delete my account" removes your patterns, photos and personal details (we keep the minimum order records the law requires). Read the full privacy policy.
