I didn't get my email
Emails usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder, and make sure the address you entered was spelled correctly.
Our emails usually arrive within a minute. If you can't see yours:
- Look in your spam, junk or promotions folder, and search your inbox for "Hoop & Paw".
- Check the address you typed at checkout for small typos — the receipt from Paddle (our payment provider) shows the address used.
- Request a fresh sign-in link from Find my order. Each link works once and expires after 30 minutes, so an older email may no longer work.
You never need the email to get your files: My patterns always has them.
