Where to find and re-download your pattern
Your patterns are always in My patterns — sign in with the email you used at checkout and you can download them again, any time, as often as you like.
Every pattern you buy stays in My patterns for good. There's no limit on downloads.
How to get there
- Go to My patterns.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout. We'll email you a sign-in link (no password needed).
- Tap the link and your patterns are right there, with every file ready to download.
If you can't remember which email you used, try Find my order with each address you might have used — the link only goes to an address that has orders.
The files are still being made
Patterns usually take about a minute. If yours says it's still being made after 10 minutes, refresh the page — and if it's still stuck, just reply to your order email and we'll sort it out.
