Which file should I use?
Print the 'pattern' PDF in your paper size (US Letter or A4). Use the 'app' PDF for chart-tracking apps, and the OXS file for chart software.
Your download includes several files so you can stitch the way you like:
- Printable pattern (US Letter or A4) — the main pattern. Cover, thread key, a color chart with symbols, a black-and-white symbol chart, a page map and stitching notes. Print the size that matches your paper.
- Chart for apps (US Letter or A4) — a simpler PDF made for chart-tracking apps: one black-and-white chart, no overlapping rows, symbols as real text.
- OXS file — an open chart format that apps and programs like Cross Stitch Saga, StitchHub, FlossCross, WinStitch and MacStitch can open.
- Full-size chart image (PNG) — handy for zooming in on a tablet.
- Stitched preview (PNG) — what the finished piece will look like.
- Thread list (CSV) and shopping list (PDF) — every DMC color with skein counts, ready for the craft store.
